These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cit999 ("the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at cit999.cam and all associated services, products, features and content offered therein.

By accessing cit999.cam, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or using any feature of the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register and maintain an Account on cit999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion scheme, and must not be accessing the Platform in breach of any self-exclusion commitment.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.

4.1 Registration

To access the full range of cit999 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. All information must match your official identity documents.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times or circumventing restrictions is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, the Platform reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances and pending withdrawals.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password, login details or account access with any third party. The Platform will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify the Platform's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. The Platform may close or suspend your Account at any time, with or without notice, if a material breach of these Terms is identified, if required by law or regulation, or if the Platform determines that continued access poses a risk. Closure does not automatically entitle you to a withdrawal if bonus conditions, KYC or AML reviews are outstanding.

Verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may also be triggered at deposit stage or at any other time at the Platform's discretion.

5.1 Required Documents

6.2 Pakistan Payment Context

6.3 Currency

Account balances and transactions are displayed in the currency supported by the Platform. Exchange rates, where applicable, are applied at rates determined by the payment processor.

Players may request withdrawals of eligible real-money funds from their Account subject to the following conditions:

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering/Rollover: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is as specified in the promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering completion. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and sportsbook bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Refer to each promotion's terms for the specific contribution table.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

The Platform actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk covering bets to fulfil wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of game mechanics to gain undue advantage, registering multiple accounts to claim offers more than once, or coordinating with other players to share bonus outcomes. Detection of such conduct will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on cit999:

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion — including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where a market has been suspended, or where there is evidence of irregular betting activity.

9.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting odds update in real time. There may be brief delays between market state changes and odds display. The Platform accepts no liability for bets placed on outdated odds due to connection latency beyond its control. Suspicious in-play patterns may trigger void decisions at the Platform's discretion.

9.3 Game Integrity

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Using the Account for any money laundering, fraud, financial crime or other illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Colluding with other players in any game to influence outcomes or share bonus winnings.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to circumvent geo-restriction tools, VPN or proxy use to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour towards any member of the Platform's support team or other users.

11.1 Player Protection Tools

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible via your account settings:

• Loss Limits: Caps on the total net losses permitted over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts notifying you of elapsed session time.

• The right to create derivative works based on Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cit999 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, connectivity failures or third-party payment processing delays.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including ineligible bonus claims or KYC non-compliance.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any loss of winnings due to Force Majeure events beyond the Operator's reasonable control.

The Platform does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to cit999.cam is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

cit999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at cit999.cam/terms-conditions. Changes become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated.

Where a change is material — such as a significant change to withdrawal conditions, bonus eligibility or account closure procedures — the Platform will use reasonable efforts to notify active players via the Platform interface, email or account notifications.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's support team shall be referred to the appropriate competent authority under the Operator's applicable licence, the details of which are available on request from the support team.
